4. Response and Counter-Notification Procedure

Upon receipt of a valid, verifiable DMCA takedown notice, MyDesiPTV will take prompt action to investigate the claim and, where appropriate, disable access to or remove the allegedly infringing channel feed or stream link from our server index within 24 to 48 business hours.

If a subscriber or content provider believes that material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, they may file a formal counter-notification in accordance with DMCA regulations.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with DMCA requirements and standard industry practices, MyDesiPTV maintains a strict repeat infringer policy. Accounts or content streams that are repeatedly subject to valid copyright infringement notices will have their access privileges permanently terminated.
